Crispy skin on the outside, sweet, sticky and tangy, succulent chicken underneath, serve with rice for a dinner combo or just devour the whole plate on it's own.
I've never cooked any meat at such a high temperature before, but this worked out great.
Ingredients:
12 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced

- Line your marinated drumsticks ontop of the rack and place in the oven for around 30 min. (until dark spots appear and skin is golden and crispy)
- Place leftover marinade in a pot, Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium to low heat until it thickens, probably around 15 minutes.
- With a pastry brush, brush the chicken after 30 minutes, both sides. Get lot's of that good stuff all over those bad boys. Place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from oven, plate and top with sesame and green onion.
